H.E.L.P.’s mission is to provide transformative residential care and community-based support that strengthens the safety, stability, independence and quality of life of seniors, veterans, second-chance individuals and other vulnerable adults.

Transformative Residential Care
H.E.L.P. provides a supportive residential environment designed to promote dignity, stability and greater independence while helping residents remain connected to community resources and qualified outside providers when additional services are needed.
Resource navigation & referrals
H.E.L.P. helps individuals identify and connect with community resources that meet their needs, including supportive programs, benefits and trusted community partners.
Food & essential-needs support
We help individuals access food, clothing, household necessities and other essential resources that support everyday stability and well-being.
Transportation & community access
H.E.L.P. assists individuals with transportation and community access so they can stay connected to appointments, essential services, resources and everyday community activities.
